I've made the sour cream, the chocolate and the lemon pound cakes. You won't be disappointed with any and for sure you will be asked for the recipe. The muffins are equally great. And don't forget to try the chocolate chip cookies. Yes, they are really, really good. Thanks Kathleen for writing an awesome book so some of us can try to bake as well as you.It is by far the book I reach for most often to bake a cake out of my collection of over 500 cookbooks.

I received these cookies as a gift when I was pregnant and I absolutely loved them. Then one day, a few months later, in a NYC deli I saw a whole shelf of Tate's cookies! I was so thrilled to track these amazing crunchy, buttery cookies down. My husband and I love the chocolate chip and the macadamia nut! And now we have easy access to them all the time.
